Sponsor a Tree in our Community Orchard

Charvil’s Community Orchard is located next to the play area behind the Village Hall.

Since 2021, we’ve been planting around 6 trees per year. This year, we’re hoping to do the same. We currently have varieties of apple, pear, plum and damson trees, but have space for 30 fruit trees in total.

All our trees have been sponsored by local residents, and we are now taking applications to sponsor a tree to be planted in National Tree Week in November.

If you sponsor a tree, you can help plant it and look after it, or leave it to our green-fingered volunteers, who also use the rainwater collection tank at the Village Hall to keep plants hydrated in the summer months.
