๐ฏ Fly Tipping ๐ฏ
A polite reminder that the large bins outside the Pavilion are for waste generated by the users of our facilities, not for the disposal of household waste.
These drawers were left next to the bins last week, and the removal of these incurs additional costs on our waste collection contract. Dumping household items around our facilities constitutes fly tipping, which carries significant fines.
Please help keep Charvil tidy by disposing of your waste responsibly. Household items can be taken to a local waste facility or collected from your home by booking online at:

๐ฎ Litter Pick - March 21st ๐ฎ
Join us for our 2026 Big Tidy Up on Saturday 21st March.
Our annual litter pick takes place all over Charvil, starting from the Margaret Gimblett Pavilion at 2pm.
Last year, over 20 volunteers, aged 1 to 80, joined our Parish Councillors, and collected 23 bags of litter, a broken chair, carpet and various other bits and pieces that had been abandoned throughout the village.
โ Their reward? A nice cuppa and other refreshments at the Pavilion and a sense of pride for helping keep our village tidy.
๐ We'd love you to join us this year. Maybe we can beat the amount of litter tidied up last year?
