Parish Council Response to SpeedyFuels Application

The Parish Council have formally responded to the planning application submitted by SpeedyFuels for the site at the former Prince Bros on Old Bath Rd.

In our response, we raise concerns regarding:

• The environmental impact, including flood risk and pollution
• The risk of fire
• The hours of operation
• The impact on local highways infrastructure
