Riverways Farm Planning Appeal Outcome

We have been informed of the outcome of the Riverways Farm Appeal by HM Planning Inspectorate.

They have concluded that:

“The appeal is allowed, and planning permission is granted for outline planning application with all matters reserved for a residential development of up to 230 dwellings, open space, internal accesses and parking, drainage measures, landscaping, demolition of all existing structures, and all other associated works at Land to the North of the A4, New Bath Road, Twyford in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 223455, subject to the conditions in the schedule”
