Are you looking to make a difference in your community? Are you passionate about local issues? Would you like to be a voice for your neighbours?

Then we want you!

You will need to be:

Over 18

A British or Commonwealth citizen

Registered to vote in Charvil

Have lived, worked or own property in the village for a minimum of 12 months

Have good communication skills

Be good at problem solving

Be able to commit time each month for Parish Council matters

Parish Councillors form the first level of local government, dealing with local issues relevant to our community. These can include improving facilities within Charvil, discussing local planning matters, supporting community initiatives and representing the views of local residents.
